Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship our units to both European and international addresses. The courier we use to deliver international shipments is DHL Express Delivery. They will safely deliver your unit which can take anywhere between 7- 10 working days.
If for any reason your delivery is delayed or has not been received after 10 working days, we advise that you take it upon yourself to speak directly with DHL using the tracking number provided.
Please note: Kaywigs Studio will not be responsible for any delays caused by the process of customs clearance. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs or import duties required upon delivery.
