1. Please ensure that you comply with our processing timescales (10 - 21 working days excluding weekends and public holidays or 1-2 working days for 'Ready to ship' items) and wait for the shipping times to pass BEFORE contacting us for further details (shipping policy). 

2. We do not offer refunds on any units, custom orders or sale items, so please ensure you familiarise yourself with your chosen unit/s prior to purchasing as all sales are FINAL

3. If for any reason the unit is at fault/damaged, we offer our clients a one time repairing service which is free of charge. This service allows us to fix any issues you have with the unit (proof of postage is required). After careful consideration, if the issue can not be fixed, an exchange, partial or full refund may be given for any inconvenience caused (returns policy).

4. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a £10 late fee. Any later than 20 minutes your appointment may unfortunately be CANCELLED.

5. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged at 50%. This will also apply to ‘No-shows’ and will be automatically taken. If you are cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours, please get touch with us at: kaywigs@hotmail.com

6. NO PLUS ONES or CHILDREN are allowed to your appointment, they will be kindly asked to wait in the salon waiting area.

7. Your hair MUST be freshly braided prior to your appointment. Medium sized cornrows going straight back is advised (8-10 braids).
