RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products (wigs are a hygienic product), we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of our clients. We do not offer refunds on any units, custom orders or sale items, so please ensure you familiarise yourself with your chosen unit/s prior to purchasing as all sales are FINAL.

If for any reason the unit is at fault/damaged, we offer our clients a one time repairing service which is free of charge. This service allows us to fix any issues you have with the unit and you will be compensated for returning the unit back to us (proof of postage is required). We will aim to repair your unit within 7 working days. Please see the steps below on how to retun the unit. After careful consideration, if the issue can not be fixed, a partial or full refund may be given to you for any inconvience caused.

We can however offer an exchange if the item is sent back to us within 10 days from receiving your unit. The unit must be in the same condition as it was received with the lace not cut or any tags removed.

Please note: If the capsize is not suitable or you later decide you do not like the wig, it is not the problem of quality and therefore , we can not offer a refund. Before placing your order, please double-check the capsize and description of the unit!

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR UNIT:

1. Contact Kaywigs Studio via email within 48 hours of receiving the unit. The email must be clear and precise with atleast 3 clear images that outlines the issue/s.

2. Your request will be looked over within 2 working days. You will either be offered our 'Repairing Service' or an authorised exchange.

3. Please return the wig back to us using our secure address (address will be given within the authorisation email). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Once we have received the unit, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have recieved your unit safely. We will either proceed to the repairing service or arrange the exchange.

5. The exchanged item must be of the same value. If your chosen item is more value, please note that we will require additional payment. If your chosen item is lower, we will issue you a credit voucher. The voucher will be valid for 12 months.
